I have previously sent the detailed message below regarding how my new
Gucci driving shoes were prematurely wearing on the back heel areas
and they suggested I contact you for assistance. I have enclosed some
pictures both to show the wear, and secondly to show the overall
general condition other than those areas (which is very good), I have
also enclosed the Amex charge in case you need to verify the
authenticity of the purchase. I hope there is something you are able
to do to remedy the situation as I would like to continue to be a
